My Arlo camera suddendly stopped recording

My camera was working fine then two days ago it stopped recording. I still get the motion notification sent to my phone, but no recordings. It would'nt even connect to the live feed. I changed the batteries and shut off the base station and turned it back on. I can now view the live stream but no recordings. I never changed it from the defult settings. Any help is appreciated.
