My Arlo camera is offline since turning it off via the app

Last week I turned off one of the cameras via the Arlo App since it was draining my battery, but I noticed the toggle button to turn it off and on is gone and it says my camera is offline! I'm not sure what to do! My other camera is working perfectly! All of my buttons on my base are green (the first 3) I've tried uninstalling/installing the app again

have you tried opening/closing cam door, replacing batteries,  rebooting base station and trying a different browser?
