My Arlo base station power light is solid amber and I cannot get it to reset

The Arlo base station has an amber light on the power, no light on the cameras (as I took all the equipment off of the account),  no light on the internet,  a green light on home, and no lights on the usb connections, and will not reset.  I have tried everything listed in the website troubleshooting and I have been in contact via email with support for a week and tried everything they suggested without resolution; and I spent 2 hours last night on the chat line with support again without any resolution. 

 

After reviewing comments from other users with similar problems, it would seem that this represents a hardware issue.  The system we have is under a year old so SHOULD be covered by a warranty.  I asked to get hold of a supervisor but as yet not heard back. 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?  The cameras are great when they work, I hate to have to give up on it but I simply don't have much more time to devote to the issue.

A hardware issue like this can only be handled with your open case.  Stay on them but remember this is the weekend.
