My Arlo Camera is offline

My Arlo cameras are offline and dont happen to go on. I've tried everything and still nothing and also the mode function on my arlo app doesnt happened to pop out anymore.

Have you tried and reboot the base via the power button? ( basic info as to what have you tried )

What are the leds showing on the front ?

I face the same issues.....tried reboot the base, it doesn't work. Led light shows solid green

Which LEDs?  You should have 3 green ones.

Yes I have 3 green ones but when I login wth the app, it shows offline and I'm not able to see anything. The error states "Your Arlo appears offline" Please make sure it is powered on and connected to Internet.

Log out and back in Try both the app and a browser on a computer.  If the browser works, try clearing the app cache and restart your phone. Also, try both WiFi and cell service on the phone.
