My ARLO security camera system base station will not be discovered

My ARLO security camera system base station will not be discovered.  I have re-syncronized both the cameras & base station several times as your system suggested... to no avail.  Unplugged & plugged everything, still won't be discovered.

I am very upset with your product and at this point will not recommend and will probably return the product.  It is unfortuneate that you do not have a live person to talk to and hopefully speaks good english.

Make your product more user friendly and a telephone number for support during new equipment setup.  All your FQA did is put me in a loop... and did not help solver my problem.

Was the base station attached to a previous account? This could be why you are having trouble discovering the base station during setup. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
