Arlo Technologies charged my credit card three separate times on the same day for an “Arlo Plus Unlimited Annual Plan” subscription renewal.

All three charges were processed to my credit card number (listed as the “account number”), each with a different authorization code.

The customer details associated with these transactions show three different names, email addresses, and billing addresses, all in different states and none of which belong to me. Somehow the "representative" we have spoken to says my account was only charged one time, EVEN though Arlo provided the attachment to my credit card company showing the detailed charges which are clearly more than one and not me.  My credit Card company will not reimburse me because the business has "verified" these are accurate charges. Please somebody make it make sense. Who do I escalate this to? FCC?

Are you sure your credit card wasn't scammed or something? You could try to raise the issue with your credit card company again, but as fraudulent transactions: both the name and address on the transaction need to match that of the owner, certainly here in the UK and also in the EU. I'd also choose a different credit card company if they hadn't put a red flag on these transactions. If all failing, your next step will probably be the police.

It does sound like someone may have used your card to make a purchase. I can have support look into this further. If you can send me a dm with your contact information as well as a good time to call. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
