Motion sensors not working

Motion sensors are not working- settings are correct, icon is highlighted for both cameras, checked armed setting is correct, reset system, tries motion sensor test but no led light flash .. advice please

Try power cycling the base, removing batteries from the cameras and replace (make sure they're good) and remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.  Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.
