Motion not recording to Cloud

I seem to be having a problem. There is one camera that sees the motion but it does not record the video. I already rebooted the base station and re-synced the camera. I cant figure it out. Is there a reason why a video wont record to the cloud? There was someone who rang our doorbell and i have a camera in the front door and it picked up motion but did not record the video. 

 

If anybody can help me out that would be great.

Do you have a second camera that you can swap positions with?  If the problem stays with the camera, open a trouble ticket.  Might be a bum camera.
