Motion is detected but nothing records

Ever since the arlo update, I can not get my arlo to record . I have turned off base, recycled the batteries , resynched several times . Motion is detected live time, but nothing records!

Did the firmware update complete successfully? The symptoms you describe sound like the device may still be on old firmware. Take a look here for the latest firmware versions: Firmware Release Notes
