Motion Detection is not work

i have arlo cam that is not working on motion.

i resync , reat base atation but the cam not recognize motion.

the rule is corect.

In your app, click the gear icon next to your camera in the devices menu. Then click "motion detection test" and follow the instructions. If you set it at 100% and the LED doesn't flash when you wave your hand in front of the camera, you'll need to contact support
