I have noticed that the time on the recordings is not the time that the recording was made, example, my wife came home at 3.30pm and the time on the recording was 6.33am. Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, what is the answer please

Verify the time zone setting in Settings, My Devices, your base, Time Zone. If all is good, restart the base. If still off, try removing the camera and resyncing it.
