  I can't set up in my Iphone 6plus and Ipad , when I set new account it keep showing I need to connect the base to internet but it already connect and my husband's Iphone conncect it ok , what can I do with thi problem?

nganpham,

 

A base station can be assigned only to one account. If you want to share it with other accounts you must do so using the Grant Access feature.
