We had a power outage, then an Internet outage resulting in the system going goofy. I have just finished a factory reset on the base station and am trying to re sync the camera; my account shows the camera, but the base station doesn't recognize it, and will not sync with it. When I go to settings it only shows as "getting status" and doesn't ever get it! I can't seem to remember how to delete the camera and start over... Help?

Delete the camera in Settings, Camera Order. Click the "X" next to the camera in question.
