The light of internet is blinking green, but it’s offline in my app of iPhone. And it cannot connect cameras because the light of cameras is amber, not blinking amber. What’s wrong?

Start by removing and refitting the battery in the cameras.

Also restart the base and see if that fixes things.

Amber camera light on the base means you sync'd the cameras before you added the base to your account. You need to delete all the devices from your device list. Then add a device - base station. Then you can sync the cameras after that. The camera light will then be green

My bad. I interpreted amber camera light to be on the camera and not the camera light on the base. Steve is probably correct.
