Mobile App - Unknown error message while login

I can not login to Arlo secure mobile app on my iphone (IOS 18.1.1). when i put my username and password "Unknown error" message appears.

i can login from the webpage using the same username and password.

 

any one can help, i need to access arlo secure in my mobile?

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?
