I attempted to purchase a Door Chime 2.0 on the Arlo store.  I did the ID.me verification, the webpage refreshes, but no discount. It clearly states 15% ALL full priced and sale items. I also read the disclaimer "Valid on full and sale priced products on Arlo.com in the U.S. only and cannot be combined with any other offers, including ID.me or Arlo Secure subscriber discount. Exclusions apply, while supplies last."

I've searched through the discussions and found other postings saying they had the same trouble, that accessories were not included, but they contacted Arlo, and Arlo still honored the 15% discount.

1. I'm requesting that Arlo fix their webpage to clearly state what the restrictions are, as it doesn't appear accessories are a restricted item, as they will honor the discount.

2. That Arlo honor me the same 15% discount it has given to others.

I am returning to Arlo for a second try on the doorbell, as I am not happy with Eufy doorbells.

@SAK10 I am sorry to hear that the discount is not working online, I would be more than happy to get you to support to assist. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I'm having the same issue. ID.ME & Arlo's website states the discount applies to "all full price and sale items". However, the discount only applies to cameras & not the overpriced accessories. Customer service was no help & difficult to contact.
