Michigan - Arlo Login

I would like to know if anyone has any troubles with Arlo login?  The onetime passcodes wether text or email never work and they are their codes.  This is the third time in less than a month I cannot get into my app because it says new device login/??? It’s the only device I have ever used and always same WiFi?  I am so glad it is not emergency but I travel a lot and now am questioning their camera and security? Support is nil!

Did you trust the phone in the app settings?
