I purchased a 6 camera Arlo system with 4 x Arlo wireless cameras and 2 x Arlo Q cameras.
I sold the Arlo wireless cameras and base station and kept the Arlo Q cameras.
I then purchased an Arlo Pro 2 4 camera wireless kit.
That was working fine - I could view all 6 cameras.
I returned that due to issues with the Pro 2 cameras going offline., etc.
Now I just have 2 x Arlo Q cameras.
However, now when I attempt to view one of them, I receive this message:
"Maximum of 5 camera streams are supported simultaneously. Please stop one stream before starting another camera stream."
I only have 2 cameras so why am I receiving this message?
Furthermore, my account is enabled for 6 cameras due to purchasing a 6 camera system, so why is this message appearing anyway.
I am rapidly losing my patience with Netgear and Arlo.
Get it together!

Off the bat, as a possibly, I would say that maybe you forgot to de-register the older units so maybe it appears you have more than you level allows.
The fact that you bought the 6 pack of cameras but later sold them negates the 6 level use of cameras... I believe the 6th camera on the basic level was tied into the serial number of the base unit ( they were special packages )

That doesn't explain why it worked after swapping the original base unit with the Arlo Pro 2 base unit.
Thus stuff is seriously buggy.
I think I'll just cut my losses and go with a reputable manufacturer.

Oh would you look at that, it works after rebooting the camera.
Like I said, buggy crap.
