Hello, I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Now you have cancelled my monthly subscription, my bank made an error regarding the funds.

M&T Fraud Alert: A purchase was made from DBTCRD79 for $14.13 at ARLO TECHNOLOGIES INC on 02/03/25. Was this you? Reply Y or N.

Have you changed anything on your end to come up as so?

The bank does not know what happened with this transaction. As they were paid with no problems until January of this year.
I have rejoined the monitoring service which is now double. Is there anyway to get me back to the old payment as I’ve spoke to them at great length, a spokesperson was even on the phone with me as I rejoined with higher payment went through no problem. Is that your tricky way of doubling our payments? Just kick us out of old plan?

NOT COOL

@Waynekam I would be more than happy to have someone look into this for you. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

Can not get a message through to anyone. As need contact person to get it to. Your message center is useless.

Did you send your contact info to @BrookeN ?

If you can't find the private message facility, here are screenshots that might help. The messages are sent by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page:

If you don't see the envelope icon, the settings you need to enable it are below:
