Low temperature use

I live in Minnesota where temps can go down to -20 and cameras are rated to 14 degrees. My question is if I leave to cameras out in that cold temp will the camera break or will it come back on line when temp goes back up?
I understand that batteries will need to be changed but will the camera itself be okay? Called arlo support but they just read to you what are in the instructions. What does everyone think? Let me know.

My Arlo cameras have been down to -10 f outside and run in the freezer at -4 f for testing.... They functioned just fine tho there was some voltage sag in the batteries below  about 20 f.

Other have seen the same without issue as far as cameras damage, none that I know of
