I used to get email notifications automatically for low batteries on my cameras. Suddenly those emails stopped coming. I contacted support via chat and they are telling me that the Motion Email Alerts must be set in order to get low battery notifications. What?? First off, I have not had these set since the first day I had the cameras. Otherwise it would flood my inbox with motion alerts. Yet, I have always gotten the low battery notifications. And either way, forcing a user to get motion notifications AND low battery notifications is insane. There is no no one ever who would not want to know when their cameras are dying, but plenty of people don't want email notifications. Please help me get these emails again, otherwise the cameras are useless. Just last night I missed a car break-in because I didn't know my camera was dead.

quietinspirati,

It sounds like email notifications may be being filtered or blocked by your email provider. Check your spam filter to be sure emails are not being filtered.
