Lost camera zones

So we have the Arlo hub with a mix of Arlo 2 pros and Arlo 4 pros. Ever since Wednesday November 19th, our cameras don’t seem to have zones that capture and not capture.

We have a subscription, and we can change the zones and sensitivity, but the cameras just keep notifying us.

Looks like there was a software update and it knocked out the ability to have zones. Our pool camera doesn’t need to capture the street lights turning on in the evening or traffic driving by. Don’t need every Tom, **bleep** and Harry dogs with their humans walking by our driveway camera that the sidewalk is 75ft away from zone that we created.

Money talks and if by late December (December 31st) there isn’t an update to resolve this, we will be forced to go somewhere else for security cameras and pay them the monthly fees.
