Lost Internet connection, won't reconnect

i have a plain Arlo and base station. I lost Internet connection a day ago and I went to reconnect the camera and it wouldn't work. I restarted the base station and it still wouldnt work. I removed the devices to start over and it won't find the device when searching for the device. How do I get it back? This is much more difficult than it should be.
