Losing Mode on Model VMB3000

Hello, we been having problems with our outside settings in involving 3 cameras.  I would add them on Mode then add rule. They have been working the past year. But noticed the performance is going down. I would set the Mode on 3 cameras for outside and it could be a few hrs, day or couple days then it took out my outside Mode last night then went into Dissarmed Mode. I have reset my pass word a few times also. Our internet is working. Thank you Dave

The answer that may work is a pain and you may not want to hear it....

But if you have tried many of the easier fixes listed in the FAQs, then you may want to start all over.

Sometimes the base like any router can get a glitch over time with updates.

So if you have tried everything else, then go in an use Remove Device for all the cams, then the base too.

Do a full reset on the base ( hold in rest only for 10 sec til the leds flash ).

Now you start with a new system and set it up the same way as when new... add cameras , rewrite your custom modes...etc.
