Login locked with error message

VMB3000 Neat gear arlo . This has my login locked , I cant remove it , support says a virus , but what that means is i dont know , Somebody will i hope . I have sucessfully changed name and got a confirmation

App or browser?  Try the other if you've only tried one.  It would be good to try a different system if you suspect a virus.

If it only happens on one device but not another, try reinstalling the app or flushing the cache on the browser (or use a different browser). Of course, making sure you're virus-free is also mandatory.

Solved , I took Chrome browser , no Explorer would work . Thanks you much for the reply !
