We have had Arlo for 9 years. My husband and I are the only two who have access to our account. Today I received a login request from a new device. This means someone else figured out our email and password combination and logged in but got stopped because the 2 step verification notification came to my phone and I denied it. I’m hoping this is somehow just a glitch and that someone wasn’t actually try to access our account and cameras. Has anyone else had this happen?

If your husband uses my.arlo.com, then then you will sometimes see these messages.

 

If that isn't what happened, then I recommend changing the account password.  If the current password is a strong one, then you might also want to run anti-malware software any PCs.
