Locked out of my Arlo account unable to find an E mail or contact support in the UK

Changed my E mail address the other day and I did not receive a confirmation E mail. Since then I have been locked out of my account. I am unable to find an E mail address or contact phone number for Arlo support in the UK that works. 

Please advise

Can you provide a good contact number as well as a good time to call. You can dm me this information. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.

Thankyou for your reply. I cannot find the envelope icon which you say is in the top right hand of the forum page. Please advise how to reply with the information you requested.

There is a setting related to this.

 

Go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger".  Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
