Locked out of account, Push not working, New Phone

I have been locked out of my account for months. I got a new phone and the push notifications are not going to my phone even though it's the same number. I know my username and password but Arlo will not let me log in without that push notification. 

I can't get a hold of anyone at the company, yet I keep paying the monthly subscription fee. 

The email address I used for this account I also no longer have access to. 

Any ideas of what I can do?
