Locked Adobe Banner on video

Adobe/Arlo banner is frozen on video when the system is acessed with a Macbook Pro. The system worked fine when first installed then this developed out of the blue. OS and firmware are all at most current release. Arlo support has been unable to help.

I assume you've already selected "Allow"? Have you tried a different browser? Is Flash up to date?

Thank you for the reply.

The banner is locked and inoperative. It does not matter what I choose, nothing happens. The banner only appears during live streaming. Playback of previously recorded clips from the library work fine.

Live view requires Flash while playback does not. Is there a control panel for Flash that you can use to change settings?

I get the same thing.  The options do not work.  Flash is up to date.
