Location services missing (iPhone iOS 2026)

I invited my wife to join my Arlo account. Her Arlo app claims it is set up…but no devices show, and I cannot get iOS to let me add location services to the Arlo app (I’m checking this in settings->apps->arlo)

Suggestions? Besides ditching Arlo 😀

Can't help you with iOS but have your wife click on Home and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so she needs to choose yours. I suggest renaming Home to make it more obvious.

settings->apps->arlo secure has "Location" at the top of the list for me - I have it set to "Always" with "Precision Location" turned on.

Have you also checked settings->privacy & security -> location services ?
