Live view is being interrupted on one of my cameras

When i press "live" button a message pops up saying my camera is currently in use... noone else has access to my system... please explain

Try logging out and back in.  Use a different browser or app. if these don't work, try using the power button on the base station and/or open the battery door on the camera.
