Live feed trouble

I just changed my batteries and now it's not letting me get a live feed it just keep loading . Same when i try to position it.

Did you get the blue LED on the camera flashing after the battery door was closed? Have you tried power cycling the base?

Yep rebooted whole system and re synced them and when I press for live just keeps loading.

App or browser? Have you tried both and a different browser? Logged out and back in?

Tried that and restarting the base and it says I'm offline what now?
