Set up a new system at my parents house this weekend and everything worked as it should with the exception of the live feed. Each time we attempted to get a live feed (from an iPhone and a PC) the internet connection would shut down. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tested or know your bandwidth? Arlo requires 1mb up min.

What units are those numbers in? Download is horrible and surprising that upload is faster. The upload speed, if in Mb/sec., meets the minimum requirements of 1Mb/s.

Yes, it is in Mbps. Seems extremely slow compared to my office internet. I'm getting 92 down and 21 up.
I spoke to my Mom and she confirmed that AT & T has been trying to upgrade them to high speed internet. We're going to pursue that option and see if it solves the problem. Thanks for the input all.

As a possible solution for now... you'd have to test and see if it works.
Try and lower the camera quality to the lowest level as it uses the lowest bandwidth....
It may just squeek by with the D/L speed you have.
