I can view all recordings on my iPhone but no recordings identified on my Mac Book Pro. Base Station is VMB5000r4 Firmware-1.19.0.3_1237_68a8e53. Is this correct ?

Do you have a subscription for the cameras?  Or are you using direct access to local storage?

 

If you use direct access, the recordings are only available in the app, and not via a PC browser.
