Hello! Here is my simple question: Can I change the gui-language in "arlo.netgear.com"? I couldn't find it in the settings. My language is German!

That should be picked up by the computer or mobile device settings. It appears that you're using a web browser so try flushing the cache in your browser or try a different browser. If its the app, try restarting the phone and reinstall the app.
