I saw on Amazon has the Keenstone rechargeable batteries for Arlo , wonder if this really works ? I bought some Ultrafire rechargeable batteries in the past , after a full charge when installed it only showed 85% juice and lasted me just 1 week .

Yes...they would  work...

Arlo cameras need 3.7v Li-ion 123/16340 cells.  ( btw, none honestly rated will be more than about 750mahr )

( 3v li-ions will NOT work for more than a week )

Netgear does sell on Amazon approved rechargeables and matched charger

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N0DVFA7

*** most of the cheap cells are fake, are over rated and don't work well...(ebay ,etc )

In addition to Tom's reply, a caution is to ensure that the batteries themselves have circuitry to prevent damage from over-current, etc. There have been cases of fire/meltdowns due to using rechargeables that lacked that protection. That's why Netgear certified the Tenergy setup.
