How do i talk to someone who can get me good batteries or so i need to go back through sams club?

If your seeking a warranty claim, you must go to Netgear Support ; https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

Otherwise, you have to go to the place of purchase.

( Arlo camera use the 123 batteries, also, battery life is much dependant on usage , which you didn't mention how much )

I would recommend you look at the Tenergy rechargeables. It's a far more economical way to go than constantly buying CR123A batteries
