Issue After Changing Email Address – Cameras and Plan Missing

Dear Arlo Support Team,

I recently attempted to change my email address from mailadress#1 to mailadress#2
It appears that I had previously created an Arlo account using the mailadress#2 address.

When I tried to return to my original mailadress#1, I discovered that:

all my cameras are gone

I no longer have access to my CVR plan

I cannot access my devices at all

It seems that my account data is missing or has not been restored correctly.

I kindly request your assistance to either:

restore my original account with all devices and my CVR plan, or

transfer my devices and plan to the @2 email address.

If you require any additional information or identity verification, I will be happy to provide it.
