Is the new app for subscribers any better?

The new and forced app is full of errors and very bad design descissions. How is that possible when you charge for everything you are doing?

You lock yourself down and hide by making it a pain in the ass to get support if we don't give you your monthly bribe.

If you are using this money only to pay for development personal to do a poor job and create new functionality nobody wants, then I will definitely choose another company providing my home security.

Your company are a menace to your users.
