Is anyone else getting late e-mails from Netgear Arlo's cameras' recording notifications?

Or is it just me like today? They seem to be almost 30 minutes late. 😞

just tested mine.

the phone notification came less than a moment after i cause movement in front of cam

The email took 3 min.

Interesting. Must be my EarthLink ISP. I am still getting notification e-mails from recordings that were about a hour ago.  😞

Delayed e-mails again earlier today. 😞

before I retired I did IT support for a company our folks would on occasion complain about late emails.  Sometimes the delay would be at our end but more often at the sender's end>  Since there are no massive complaints about email delays across the board, I suspect the delay to be at your email providers end.  See if they can whitelist netgear to see if it improves.  Also giving them some examples, the can see where the delay is.

Weird. Even my subscribed forums' e-mail notifications aren't coming in at all and that is with a non-EarthLink account.

I suppose the transatlantic cable could have had an issue but could be anything between the AWS server and earthlink. What do the headers show for when the AWS server actually sent the email? Aybe post the whole header.

Wow! That's almost a 2 hour delay from when the AWS server sent it and Earthlink received it. 18:02 GMT to almost 15:57 EDT (4 hour time shift so 18:02 GMT translates to 14:02 EDT). It would appear that something in the Amazon network held up transmission or there was a break in network connectivity someplace , causing a backup in traffic.

I'm been having late emails as much as 30 to 40min after motion. My system has worked great for 6 months.

You can check the email headers to get a sense of where it was delayed, as seen above.  Not much we can do if the World Wide Wait isn't cooperating.  Use push notifications instead, if needed.
