How do I get my 4 cam system to send alerts to my Iphone 4s ?

Edit your modes (Mode tab, select your base/system and then edit any modes there) and ensure push notifications are enabled for each camera in each mode. Then, go to your phone's settings and ensure Arlo is allowed to use notifications.
