Iphone App - unknown error

Since few days ago I started getting unknown error when trying to login to the arlo App.
I have updated to latest one, and it didnt help.
I even deleted the App, and installed the latest and it didnt work.
I tried to logging from the web portal and it works just fine.

Any idea what else should I try?

No, I have cont to work w the support over email. I’m deleting my account and will set it back.

Are you still experiencing the symptom, does this occur over mobile data as well?

Yes, I still have the issue.
And I tried while using wifi and also while using mobile data.

Thank you for the update. I am looking in to this and I will report back as soon as possible.

 

I have a few questions:

 

Do you have the latest version iOS installed? 

 

Which version of the Arlo app are you using? 

 

Does this occur on any other mobile or handheld devices by chance?

I am waiting for additional info on this. In the meantime, the workaround would be to use the web portal at my.arlo.com

 

Also, you can try to offload the app by navigating Settings > general > iPhone Storage > Arlo Secure > Offload app to see if this helps.
