Hey guys, I sent an invite to my partner, set up the app for her and helped her accept the invite and register but when she goes into the app nothing is there, no cameras and no station, nothing. However she receives all the notifications I do, I'm stumped as to the issue, I even tried using her alter email to register and send the invite to that. At a loss of what to do next. Cheers

As noted many times here, both accounts need to use the same user interface (UI). The current app supports both UIs so it's not an app issue. New users automatically get the new UI that uses Feed to view recordings but it would seem that you likely are using the old UI that uses Library. For your partner to see the cameras and recordings you will have to migrate your account to use the new UI to match hers. To do this, you need to choose to add a Pro 5, security system or any of the Gen. 2 Essential cameras even though you don't actually have any of those. The first step is to migrate your account after which you can simply back out of the bogus install. At this point, she needs to click on Home near the top of the screen and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets their own Home location so she needs to choose yours. I recommend renaming Home so as to make it obvious which one to choose.
You should be aware that the new UI is significantly different from the old one. Any custom modes will not transfer since the new UI doesn't support them. You will have to use the 3 default modes, regardless of the names, to do what you need. Any schedules or geofencing setups you have will have to be checked and/or redone. If you have a simple configuration for everything, it may be nothing needs to be done but any customizations will need work. Here's some FAQs to help:
