I have read about two others who encountered an Invalid Factor Data error. I have used Arlo forever on my mobile, and now it won't let me access it. And now, in order to speak to a living, breathing person, I have to pay $180 or so per year. I can access it on my laptop, but I don't carry that around easily on a daily basis.
I can access on my laptop but not my mobile. I guess it's time to switch to Simplisafe.

While at home can you login to the app successfully with the wifi disabled on the mobile? If so then close the app and then enable the wifi again and then open the app.
@Christine50 - if that doesn't help, then disable both mobile data and wifi on the phone. Open the Arlo app, and you will get an error because there is no internet connection. After that, turn on wifi and try logging in again.

Had the same problem. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Working well now.

Hi have finally identified the problem . when a mobile device is one wifi and mobile data is also turned on the mobile phone often uses mobile data instead of the wifi .
Turn of your mobile data so the phone only uses wifi. then you can log into the arlo mobile app. then when you are out and about it will use data when data is turned on but you must have data off if you need to log onto the mobile app.

There is a bug which requires this sometimes. But now that you've gotten past it, you should be able to log in with mobile data on.
