Internet light is solid amber on VCM3000 base station

I've gone through all the trouble shooting suggestions including factory reset, yet can't get a solid green light to confirm connection to internet (my internet is working fine with other devices).

I don't qualify for support, as I'm not on subscription.  

Is this end of life of device?  Everything was working fine up until 2 days ago when my cameras suddenly went offline.

It could be a failure of the base ethernet, but also could be a router issue.

  • Did you try shifting the ethernet connection on the router to a different LAN port?
  • If you have another device that uses ethernet, then you should test the router LAN ports with that device.

Then you will need to remove the base station from the account, and add it back again.
