Instead of buying a replacement camera, Is there a way to send the unit back for repair?

Firmware 1.12.2.9._619_04968d8; Hardware VMB3010r2. Does Arlo repair unworkable unit instead of trashing them?

Arlo does not repair at all. Only exchange if under warranty. Even the cost of repairs for electronics may make a new one worth it depending on the problem.
