Just realise my Arlo is not working after all these years.  Hard reset on base station and readd the camera and getting "Device is inactive A paid subscription is required to activate the device."  No camera shows under my account.  Anyone know how to get this working again?  I try the support chat option, but no live chat as my account is free and no subscription.

You can close the thread. I found out that the cams was using on my other account. It’s fixed now. Thanks
