In the past week I have had to change the batteries in my garage camera 3 times.   I even switched out a camera with another one from a different area.  They were 100% this am because I switched them out now they are 12%.  Why is this happening with this area.  They have been up for 2 years now and this is insane on the energy eating.

Is it possible the batteries are bad ??

New 123 cells come in at 3.2v as tested. ( tho labled as 3v )

Or new interference

They could be.  It would be the whole pack of 12.   I will be buying new batteries soon.  😞

Consider the Tenergy rechargeables approved by Netgear for use to minimize your overall cost.

I will try those.  Thank you.  Anything to help the battery zapping is worth a try.  🙂

I bought some rechargable batteries and they drain fast too.  not as bad as the others but were 100% yesterday and 60% today.
