Can Arlo wireless cameras be connected to an IP surveillance system network video recorder through the Nighthawk or an other wireless router?

No..there is no direct access to the camera's data stream....

Also , tho the 7000 router supported Arlo in the past, the sw was dropp due to issues and at this time no router supports the cmaera directly.
