I just changed my internet service and my router and can't get Arlo back online

I just changed my internet service and my router and can't get Arlo back online. Do I need to reset and start over ?
Some of the cameras are in hard to access places and the batteries are at 99% so I'd like to asvoid this if possible.

havey tried rebootthe base station.   After reboot, what are the colors of the of the lights on the base station?

2 lights yellow/orange than just one after reset. No change.

If the power LED is amber, especially after a reset, you have a hardware problem.  Swap at the store or open a case with support.
